The government have announced the fifth iteration of the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme for those who are self-employed or a member of a partnership. These will cover the period of May 2021 – September 2021, and will be open to claims from late July, and official guidance on applying will be available by the end of June.

Who Is Eligible?To be eligible for the grant you must be self-employed or a member of a partnership. In order to claim the grant, you must also fit the below criteria:
What Can I Get?The amount of the grant will be determined by how much your turnover was reduced in the period April 2020 – April 2021. More information and support will be available by the end of June. We will update this article when there is more information available. When can I apply?The online claims service will be available from Late July 2021. We will update this article when firm dates are confirmed. However, if you’re eligible based on your tax returns, you should be contacted in mid-July 2021. |
